AWCL member Natalie Bachiri is an EFT Therapist who will share her simple tapping techniques to give you the tools to address these challenges and create more calm in your life.
EFT is a practical body/mind self-help method – a process of mindful and intentional tapping (gently, with fingertips) on several acupuncture meridian end-points on the face and upper body. EFT is a universal healing tool that can provide impressive results for physical, emotional and performance issues.
