Here it is the recipe for HOT CHOCOLATE with SPICES:
Ingredients for one person
A large glass of oat or nut milk
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Teaspoon of curcuma
1 tablespoon of maple syrup, runny honey or coconut palm sugar (according to your preference)
2 teaspoons of cocoa
Heat oat milk, spices and agave syrup in a saucepan, stirring occasionally with a whisk.
Once it begins to simmer add the 2 teaspoons of cocoa while stirring for two minutes and … it’s ready!
